ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bruce Gaston - State Farm Agent, you will successfully offer products and services to help customers manage the risks of everyday life. The Bruce Gaston Agency has successfully served customers in the metro Atlanta area for 30 years. Some of the characteristics that have helped our agency succeed are the following:

 RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
